- Also upstairs is the open plan living dining kitchen area which opens out onto entertaining area overlooking large grassed tree reserve.
- The large balcony is perfect for entertaining with a large outdoor table and chairs and BBQ/sink area.
- Upstairs also has a separate powder room.
- Downstairs is another king room with ensuite and 3rd & 4th bedrooms both have queen beds and share a bathroom. (Downstairs king bed can be split)
