The stackable doors open to allow the open plan living area to combine with the expansive outdoor deck to create the ultimate entertaining area. The large deck boasts another dining area and a gas BBQ with some of the best views in Dunsborough. Relax in the reverse cycle air-conditioning whilst you watch Foxtel on the 52in Plasma TV, enjoy a DVD or CD through the home theatre stereo system or just enjoy the view whilst relaxing with on huge leather couches.

The first floor contains three large bedrooms. The first has a king size bed, LCD TV and private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms open up to their own sundeck (with water views) and share a luxurious spa bathroom. These bedrooms contain either a queen bed or a king size bed that can be split to two king single beds.

The ground floor is the ultimate kids getaway. It contains the fourth bedroom, which has two sets of built in bunk beds and has it's own bathroom/laundry. A TV and DVD player will keep the kids entertained. The bedroom connects to a games room complete with table tennis, pool table, professional gym equipment  & tennis rackets for the nearby court and sun lounges to allow you to enjoy the spacious front lawn.
