This house is the ultimate weekender or summer/winter getaway, with easy access to the beach, town centre (a 10 minute walk) and to resort facilities.
The house sleeps 8 comfortably, either with 4 couples or 2 families (2 adults and 2 children). Downstairs is the king sized bedroom and ensuite with spa. The other bedroom has 2 king singles with easy access to the bathroom and powder room downstairs. Upstairs has a queen sized bedroom and 2 king single bedroom with a shared large bathroom and a separate powder room.
The special feature of this villa is the large screen theatre room with surround sound and terraced seating for excellent viewing. Relax and watch your favourite movie or sport on Foxtel.
Downstairs open-planned living features polished NSW Blackbutt floorboards, limestone gas fire place, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and a dining table to seat 8.
Upstairs living is ideal as a children's retreat to watch tv or play games that are available.
The bifold doors downstairs open out to the outdoor area that boasts seating for 8 on the front veranda and a gas BBQ. Upstairs has 2 outdoor areas, one with a sundeck and the other offers privacy screens.
