This five bedroom air conditioned house is designed with an ideal functional layout for relaxing with a group of friends or for two families wanting to share a perfect getaway holiday.
The ground level consist of the master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV and DVD player with adjoining ensuite with a spa bath.
The second bedroom with a queen size bed and third bedroom with 2 king singles. Both share a bathroom, there is also a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer. Private outdoor courtyard for entertaining with a bbq under a shade sail.
A fully equipped kitchen with all modern stainless steel appliances, with open plan dining and living area with a built in gas fire for those cosy winter nights in. The upper level is the ultimate kid’s retreat consisting of;

The fifth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, both share a bathroom.
