This beautifully appointed 2 storey 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home is absoulte beachfront.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second level. Main bedroom is large and opens on to a private deck over-looking the water with ensuite and oval spa. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The third bedroom has 2 sets pf bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a deep bath.

Downstairs has a large living area with plasma television, gas long fire or reverse cyle air conditioning, which opens on to an outside entertaining area with outdoor BBQ, a large dinning area and a state-of-art kitchen.

There is also a separate family/movie room for the kids. There is ample parking for 4 cars, and a short walking distance to the town centre.

TARIFFS

PEAK - $800 per night
20 Dec to 31 Jan, Easter, Leeuwin estate concert, All long weekends and all school holidays

MID - $600 per night
1 Feb to 1 May, 1 Sept to 20 Dec

LOW - $500 per night
1 May to 31 Aug

MINIMUM STAYS

  • 20 Dec to 31 Jan 5 night minimum stay
  • Easter 4 night minimum stay
  • 3 night minimum stay all other times
  • Tariff for 4 people, extra people will be $50 per head per night.
