The stylishly decorated top floor boasts a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This flows on to an enormous alfresco timber deck with a 5 burner BBQ and ocean views. The living area has a large plasma TV with Foxtel connection, DVD and CD player.
The first floor consists of a master suite with Queen Size bed, two double robes and private ensuite. Also located on this level are two other bedrooms (one with Queen Bed, one with two King Singles), with sliding doors opening on to a timber deck with water views. The main bathroom includes a huge spa bath, twin basins, shower and separate toilet.
The ground floor is its own hideaway with two King Single beds, two x 2 seater leather couches, TV, DVD, CD player, and a private bathroom/laundry. Plus on this level there is a games room complete with a table tennis table, soccer table ,cane setting and bar fridge. The games room opens out to a paved area complete with outdoor shower and a large expanse of lawn - perfect for games, picnics or just relaxing on the cool grass.
Unit 32B accommodates a maximum number of 8 guests comfortably and suits families, couples, or a group of friends wanting a luxurious, fun getaway. There is parking for two cars at the villa, with additional parking for extra cars or boats provided within the complex. The resort also has a tennis court and resort style heated swimming pool. An on-site Manager is available at all times.
