This private residence has been individually appointed to create a luxurious holiday home less than 30 seconds from the beach.

The top floor consists of an extensive open plan living area that includes dining for ten and a stylishly appointed kitchen.. The stackable doors open to allow the open plan living area to combine with the expansive outdoor deck to create the ultimate entertaining area. The large deck boasts another dining area and a gas BBQ with some of the best views in Dunsborough. Relax in the reverse cycle air-conditioning whilst you watch Foxtel on the 52in Plasma TV, enjoy a DVD or CD through the home theatre stereo system or just enjoy the view whilst relaxing on huge leather couches.

The first floor contains three large bedrooms. The first has a king size bed, LCD TV and private ensuite. The second and third bedrooms open up to their own sundeck (with water views) and share a luxurious spa bathroom. These bedrooms contain either a queen bed or a king size bed that can be split to two king single beds.

The ground floor is the ultimate kids getaway. It contains the fourth bedroom, which has two sets of built in bunk beds and has it's own bathroom/laundry. A TV and DVD player will keep the kids entertained. The bedroom connects to a games room complete with table tennis, tennis rackets for the nearby court and sun lounges to allow you to enjoy the spacious front lawn.

29B accommodates up to 10 guests and suits both families and couples.

MID - $500 per night

LOW - $400 per night

MINIMUM STAYS

long weekends - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas/January period - 7 nights
all other times - 2 nights
