Designed for up to two families to share, and sleeping ten in comfort, this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house has it all. Directly opposite the walkway to the beach, this luxuriously equipped holiday home enjoys uninterrupted ocean views from all three levels.

The top floor features open plan living at its finest. Relax in a sumptuous leather couch in the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning whilst you watch Foxtel or DVD’s on the plasma TV, or listen to music on one of two ipod speaker systems in the house. Make a cappuccino on the stone bench tops in the kitchen. Cook up a feast, and clean up in the dishwasher. Experience fine dining on the solid Marri table that will seat twelve, whilst you chill your wine in the drinks fridge. You may choose to dine outside with a gas BBQ on the deck, enjoying the sunset over Geographe Bay.
Three large bedrooms occupy the next level, each with its own ensuite, equipped with double vanities, and choice of bath, shower, or double shower. The first bedroom features a queen size bed, LCD TV and a reading couch. The two front bedrooms boast uninterrupted views of the water and private balcony with recliner chairs. At night, curl up with a block of chocolate and a glass of wine and watch a DVD on your LCD TV at the end of your bed.

The ground floor is a children’s paradise. With reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs, a huge bedroom, complete with two bunk beds, bean bags, a 76cm widescreen TV and DVD / CD player will keep them so busy you might not see them for a while. A large bathroom adjoins, complete with bath, washing machine and dryer. This bedroom opens into the games room with pool table, table tennis, table soccer and another ipod player. Double doors open out to the spacious lawn directly opposite the beach, or play tennis and swim at the nearby court and pool. A bike rack for up to 5 bikes is provided. Enjoy your stay!
