The stylishly decorated top floor boasts large open plan living, dining for ten, and kitchen area. This flows onto an alfresco dining deck with a BBQ and water views. Everything is provided, from cappucino/espresso machine, reverse cycle air-conditioning, plasma TV with Foxtel, to mood lighting for your "get away" pleasure.

The first floor consists of 3 sumptuous king size bedrooms with ensuites. Two bedrooms extend onto a sundeck with water views whilst the third allows you to lie in bed and watch your favourite shows.

The ground floor family TV room can be converted into a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom/laundry. But wait there's more! A games room complete with ping pong table and football table opens out onto a large expanse of lawn and an outdoor setting - perfect for games, picnicking or watching the sunset.

27B accommodates a maximum number of 8 guests beautifully and suits both families and couples. There is parking for two cars and the complex provides some parking for boats and extra cars.

long weekends - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas/January period - 7 nights
all other times - 2 nights
