Ground floor includes a master king bedroom with luxury multiform 2 person spa bath, heated towel rail, double vanity and a seperate WC. A kids bedroom with 2 bunk beds and mounted wall flat screen TV and DVD player. Walk in directly off the beach to a bathroom with hideaway laundry facilities and separate WC.
A fabulous fully equipped kitchen with facilties to get everyone involved. Ice/water fridge and wine rack overhead, Kleenmaid appliances including integrated coffee machine and stone benchtops.
Central circular stone bar top and stool looking directly at Geographe Bay. Dining table to seat 8 and walk out to the inbuilt BBQ with views to the Bay.
Leather modular lounge and 3 seater couch/day bed surrounds the Jetmaster fireplace, plasma TV and a DVD/CD player. A pool table (with balls, cues and other accessories supplied. $100 refundable deposit required on booking). Outdoor courtyard with table setting for 8 under shade sails. Resort style landscaped gardens.
Upper floor has 2 Queen bedrooms with raked ceilings, shared bathroom with Multiform spa bath/shower. Separate WC and storage. Walkway to deck with sun lounge looking directly at Geographe Bay.
All bathrooms are fitted with Hansgrohe Raindance showers. TVs linked to Foxtel. Reverse cycle ducted airconditioning throughout.
