Accommodation includes two master suites with their own ensuite, ideal for two families to share. They enjoy direct access to the upper balcony overlooking the large grassed play area with the wonderful Geograph Bay as a backdrop. Master suites have own TV linked to Foxtel. Bonus sound proofing walls between Master suites.

Additionally bedding includes a twin bedroom, another Queen bedroom sharing a well appointed bathroom. A sitting area provides the option for a sofa bed or a quiet area to relax and read.

ALL bedrooms have the quietest individual reverse – cycle air conditioner units so that you can adjust to your own comfort. Total sleeping accommodation for 8 – 10 persons.

A superb European Kitchen to even make a professional chef content. Stainless steel appliances, quality commercial grade crockery, decent knife block, wine rack. It will make cooking enjoyable for everyone - and yes a quiet dishwasher.

Now for entertainment. A central Stone table from Italy with 8 quality leather chairs. Adjoining leather sofa and supporting accessories to enjoy entertainment from the 50 inch Plasma and Sony surround sound unit, linked to Foxtel. Kids activity room has it’s own Plasma, DVD and sofa. Court yard includes Stainless Steel Everdure BBQ.

Stay as long as you like with a well appointed laundry including washer, dryer, iron board.

Lockable store room to secure your kids bikes, water equipment or golf bag.

MINIMUM STAYS

long weekends - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas/January period - 7 nights
all other times - 2 nights
