HOUSE NUMBER 14A & 14B

14a occupies the top level and 14b the bottom level. Each house is identical. There are 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of double bunks. The main bedroom boasts a fantastic ensuite bathroom, whilst the main bathroom contains a spa bath. A gourmet cooks' kitchen adjoins the meals area and sumptuous living area. There is a seperate television room with a large plasma screen television. The views from both levels are over the beach directly in front of this property. A huge outdoor living deck is located on both levels and also contains a stainless steel gas BBQ. The houses are heated by reverse cycle air conditioning and a gas log style fire in the living rooms.

As each level sleeps 8 people and has an adjoing doorway, it is ideal for 2 families or a group of friends who wish to get away together, but also have a little more privacy.

If both levels are booked a discount on the nightly tarrif applies.

There is ample parking for 4 cars. Walking distance to town centre

PEAK - $650 per night
20 Dec to 31 Jan, Easter, Leeuwin estate concert, All long weekends and all school holidays

MID - $500 per night
1 Feb to 1 May, 1 Sept to 20 Dec

LOW - $400 per night
1 May to 31 Aug

MINIMUM STAYS

long weekends - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas/January period - 7 nights
all other times - 2 nights
