HOUSE NUMBER 12A & 12B

ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT HOUSES. Each house has 3 queen sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room. 12a is on the upper level and 12b on the lower level. Both are furnished identically in neutral tonings. Modern contemporise is the style of these houses.

They can accommodate up to 6 people in each. There is a separate TV room with large plasma television and DVD player. The living room also has large plasma television and DVD. The dining and kitchen areas are very spacious and open.

The living area opens thru bi fold doors to a huge outdoor entertaining area overlooking the spectacular waters of Geographe Bay. Stainless steel built-in BBQs are on each level.Revers cycle air conditioning and gas log fires feature in houses 12a and 12b.

They can be rented seperately,or there is an adjoining door for groups to get together for special occasions.

If both house are booked a discount will apply.

Undercover parking is provided.

TARIFFS

PEAK - $650 per night
20 Dec to 31 Jan, Easter, Leeuwin estate concert, All long weekends and all school holidays

MID - $500 per night
1 Feb to 1 May, 1 Sept to 20 Dec

LOW - $400 per night
1 May to 31 Aug

MINIMUM STAYS

long weekends - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas/January period - 7 nights
all other times - 2 nights
